Our Refund Process
Please note that due to the nature of our service and our partnerships with various venues, some bookings may not be cancellable if the timing doesn't align with the venue's policies. In such cases:
- If a booking cannot be cancelled due to venue restrictions, we will process a full refund within 24 hours of your request.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Refund Timeline
We process all eligible refunds within 24 hours of the request. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
